The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County is hosting classes about organic gardening on three Thursdays in March from 1:00 – 3:30 pm. The free classes are open to the public and donations to cover expenses will be appreciated.
The classes will be taught by Ben Johansen, who has studied philosophy, religion, journalism, and ecology. He has an associate degree in commercial horticulture and has worked in conventional greenhouse production, organic vegetable, flower, and fruit production, and has owned and operated his own landscaping business.
