The Program Committee seeks input from members and friends about programming for Sunday services. Your participation is important to enhancing our offerings and your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

If you are aware of any member or friend without email or access to the UUFDC web site, please tell them to pick up a hard copy of the survey from Pat Crow in the UUFDC office. All responses will be anonymous.
