On Tuesday, September 19 at 4:30 pm Movies That Matters presents a free screening of Gender Revolution:  A Journey with Katie Couric. This powerful film explores the rapidly evolving complexities of gender identity in today’s society.

PFLAG of Door County screened the National Geographic documentary in Sturgeon Bay, and had many requests to show the movie in Northern Door. We are excited to be their Northern Door venue!  Members of PFLAG will lead a discussion after the movie. Door County Medical Center is a sponsor of the event.

PFLAG envisions a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed inclusive of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

The film is part of the monthly Movies That Matter series examining a wide range of issues. Each screening is followed by a discussion. Donations to help defray the costs of public performance licensing are appreciated. The UU Fellowship is located at 10341 Hwy. 42 in north Ephraim. For further information call (920) 854-7559.
