Katie Dahl & the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County are proud to host the third annual season of Sit Around Singing, a community-wide sing along gathering. People of all ages are welcome! No prior knowledge of music or songs is required.

Each event is held from 6:00-7:00 pm at the UU Fellowship.

We will sing from the songbook Rise Up Singing, which includes familiar favorites ranging from campfire classics, hymns, to Beatles tunes. Copies of the book will be available to use.

Local folksinger Katie Dahl founded Sit Around Singing with the hopes of creating intergenerational experiences of song and friendship for the people of Door County. “I was part of a regular singing gathering like this in college, and it taught me so many songs and helped me meet people I would never have met otherwise,” says Dahl.

Hot cocoa, cookies, and family take-home music activities will be provided!
