As Unitarian Universalists, many of us struggle with the idea that Christ is the only path to the Sacred. Many of us come from Christian faith traditions and so the lessons and model of Christ is appealing and something we can embrace. For others it may seem limited and less inclusive and a reminder of a church or tradition that caused us hurt or damage.
While I was in seminary I had to unpack my faith and really get a handle on what I believed and didn’t believe about Jesus Christ. Join me as we look at some new ways to look at Jesus that may feel more welcoming to you and your understanding of faith.
