If we say we believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all people, that means even those whose political ideas may seem way different from our own. There is a new President in the White House. Our country seems more divided than ever before. How do we open with compassion to those we struggle even talking with? Join us as we find some new tools for opening our hearts to one another with respect.
Rev. Karon Sandberg was ordained by the Fox Valley UU Fellowship and serves them as a community minister. She spends her days as a Hospice Chaplain where her parents remind her to live life fully. She preaches at various lay lead congregations around NE Wisconsin. Karon and her partner, Joel, live in Appleton, WI where they have raised their two children, Derek and Claire.
