How We Survive the Bad Stuff with Rev. Joan Shiels
About the Message: Some people survive conditions of horrendous physical extremes — lost at sea for six months, fallen into a deep crevasse on Mt. Everest, seriously injured deep in the Amazon jungle — while others do not. We live in a culture that’s always telling us how weak we are — how vulnerable to sickness and death, how susceptible to all manner of physical and psychological damage. Must we believe it?
About the Speaker: Joan Shiels has a bunch of degrees in religion. She has been a good friend and frequent speaker at our Fellowship for many years.
