Frederick (aka Doc) Heide — All Shall Be Well
About the Message: Julian of Norwich was a 14th Century mystic who spent most of her adult life as a recluse in a British church. Revelations of Divine Love, the book she wrote about her spiritual visions inspired by a near-death experience, is believed to be the first ever written by a woman in the English language. Her most famous pronouncement, “All shall be well”, has influenced writers from C. S. Lewis to T. S. Eliot. In this talk, Doc will discuss his family’s connection to Julian, touch on a few of her main revelations, and describe their implications for us in the holiday season.
