About the Speaker: Pey Carter is a 4th year seminary student at Iliff School of Theology. Their focus in school and in ministry is storytelling and narrative justice. Pey has been an advocate for over 10 years and enjoys sharing experiences as a disabled queer person. They are also a parent to 2 wonderful children and a U.S. Army veteran. Pey has an Etsy store called Love Action Art and a new podcast with the same name. They have a B.A. in Sociology with a focus in Family Studies and a minor in Psychology from Winona State University, Winona, MN.
