The World Shifted with Marie Luna
About the Message: After two years of challenge, stress, and anxiety due to the pandemic, we have yet to know what this truly means for our lives and the world. Congregations have been trying to keep up with serving people’s needs, continuing meaningful connections, and navigating individual and collective safety. The how of what we do has changed; the why hasn’t. How do we start to recover from what we have been through to continue to evolve and adapt?
About the Speaker: Marie Luna has served as the Director of Congregational Life at the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Appleton since 2005. She helped found the Unitarian Universalist Association of Membership Professionals group, which supports people passionate about meaningful membership and engagement in our congregations. She will be ending her work at the Fellowship in Appleton at the end of May, and starting consulting work in UU congregations.
