WHY? with Terry Goode

Today’s message asks why about ”the interdependent web of all existence” (UU principle #7)…writ large.  Why is there something rather than nothing?  Why is there a universe at all?  The scientific answer (The Big Bang) and the religious answer (The Creation) are essentially the same!  Both assume a beginning.  But there are serious problems with that assumption.  Is there an alternative?  Terry thinks so and has a message that will be sure to make you think!

Dr. Terry Goode is a long-time friend of the Fellowship. He has served on the Program, Communications and Finance committees. He is a former philosophy professor and a retired technology company owner. He teaches philosophy for the Clearing in the winter, and for Bjorklunden in the summer. Terry and his wife Pam reside in Baileys Harbor. They are frequent travelers and passionate supporters of many Door County organizations.
